Until the Equinox in March, I will be in a Cosmic Healing zoom room from 12-3 pm PT/3-6pm ET weekly on the following days:
💻 Monday (Moon day): emotional wellbeing (ex. journaling, calling friends/family, napping, and other restorative activities)
💻 Wednesday (Mercury day): communication + details (ex. making calls, editing, writing letters, emails, etc)
I don’t know about y’all,,,but it gets hard to stay focused, especially when working/completing tasks alone + remotely. Body doubling has proven to be quite helpful, so I will continue opening a zoom-space a couple times a week, for folks to feel a sense of community and accountability to do what they gotta do. We typically check-in for at the beginning, middle, and end (but routine varies as my adhd brain needs a lil shift to keep things interesting). There will be a breakout room for folks who need need to focus and don’t have time to check-in for an extended period of time.
The intention of the space will be based on the planetary day, but folks are welcome to do anything they want/need to accomplish. I’m also going to restart bullet journaling! so at the end/beginning of each month we can create our monthly spreads together :) — The first bullet journal day will be Wednesday, January 1st!
