For folks who feel like they’re making the same meals every week, let me bring new ideas and flavors to your repertoire. CFJ also works for someone who is trying to find greater ease both with being in the kitchen and with food! We could also gab, and I could be a thought partner in developing new recipes.

🍳 Cooking Fulla Joy Conversations: Always our first step—these peer support convos are for unpacking your current relationship with food, cooking, and the kitchen, as well as exploring what you want these relationships to look like moving forward and planning how to get you there together. Cooking Fulla Joy Convos are our jumping off point for either continued conversations around these topics or for my other offerings like Kitchen Coaching, Meal Plan Curation, and Grocery Lists.

🥘 Kitchen Coaching Sessions: In these coaching sessions, I’ll be with right there with you (virtually, of course!) as you are preparing a dish or meal. From your first step into the kitchen until you are ready to sit and eat, I will be there to guide you through the steps, explain the why behind specific cooking techniques, give you tips for improvement, help brainstorm accessible alternatives, and provide a little extra joy around the whole endeavor.

🍱 Meal Plan Curation: Based on our Cooking Fulla Joy Convo, I will develop and assemble 6 meal ideas and recipes that align with your wants, needs, and cooking skills. I’ll either provide my own recipes or links to other recipes alongside tips, caveats, and guides to ensure your meal turns out just right. These plans will be comprised of yummy and fulfilling dishes curated with ingredients and flavor profiles you like and want to try. Note that I am happy to work around allergies, intolerances, and preferences, but I will not provide plans for the sake of weight loss.

📝 Grocery Lists: I will create a grocery list for the ingredients needed for the recipes as well as basics that can be used in a variety of dishes and meals. These lists will be influenced by our Cooking Fulla Joy Convo, what’s in season, and maybe even what’s on sale at your local store.
