kay’s been loving the What’s My Role in the Revolution personal astrology sessions we’ve offered this year. They’ve been popular as folks find themselves stuck in service to systems of harm, despite dedicating so much time, energy, study, and/or care towards freeing themselves and others.
the aim for this space was to deconstruct what it means to find our place(s) in this movement, dream together of what collective liberation looks like, and break down how the wisdom in the cosmos can help us align with our powerful destinies—which get stifled by oppression, exploitation, and violence over and over again.
Here’s some feedback from our attendees!
The vibes were immaculate. I love any transdisciplinary space and ones that merge the metaphysical with the political are so restorative AND radicalizing. This was a beautiful experience. Magical and highly melanated! -Mx
I love the mbongi format. I enjoyed having the opportunity to do breakout rooms to get to know other attendees and have smaller discussions before coming back to the group at large. The presentation deck was incredible, very thoughtful and I love how y’all incorporated it. As I break away from my foundation of hyper productivity, I'm really enjoying sitting in world building right now, which is what the space allowed for. Not producing for producing sake, but just being thoughtful together, dreaming and expressing together. -Ash
