~ aren't you wondering? ~

dear friends, i am developing a practice of helping folks connect with their ancestors, ancestral folkways, and indigeneity. i am especially interested in working with those who have lost awareness of or connection to their roots through american-cultural assimilation and white-washing. in order to heal ourselves and our futures--in order to Imagine--it is essential that we Remember. this goes especially for white folks like myself who seek to channel our lineages into modes of healing and reconciliation.

i'd like to connect with a few people interested in working together to explore this kind of work with me, so I can practice better supporting others on this journey.

in the future i also hope to offer tarot and brauche (pennsylvania dutch folk healing, traditionally able to be done remotely). please be in touch if any of this interests you at all! you can contact me via my website: publicuniversalfriend.space

peace,

ziggy

a simple doll made of blue fabric and wearing a green top is shown affixed to a fence post at a farm, with farm buildings visible in the background.

this small butzemann (pennsylvania dutch for scarecrow) oversees a farm outside of philadelphia. it's stuffed with natural material from the land, given senses and clothes, and imbued with a spirit which will be released at harvest time.
