wowie has this season has been one filled with such multidimensional medicine. ~ deepening my spiritual connections ~unlearning conditioning around self worth ~compassionately listening and forgiving myself and loved ones ~gaining confidence to firmly stand in my truths ~embodying interdependence ~exploring play, release, and expression through sound + movement.. integrating these new ways of being has brought on lots of growing pains—from facing old belief systems and processing the grief from who i no longer am, to sitting in the discomfort of solitude to attune to my inner rhythms, and to choosing peace over chaos. i am now learning how to nourish my nervous system, how to prioritize feelings of safety, trust, and love. these feelings for me are the foundation of conscious relationship building. this includes relationships with myself, with others, and with my creativity. i’ve realized that in my relationship with the process of creation, there is an active sacred listening involved. by tuning into the yearnings of my spirit, i can offer Life back to what ignites me through discipline, practice, and commitment. as i allow myself the space and time to fiercely and wildly imagine my future, i root myself in the wisdom of my heart, my ancestors, and my soul family. may we return to fertile soil. <3

Greetings and blessings everyone 🌬️ My name is Mika (they/them), and I’m connected to Cosmic Healing through the magic and friendship of Erica Joy <3 I love exploring movement and sound through intuitive dance, spoken word, meditative singing, guitar, and more recently, the cajon and rain stick. I am constantly unearthing new (yet ancient and familiar) understandings of liberation, healing, and community. As of lately, I’ve been finding solace in kapwa —a Filipino spiritual philosophy and cultural experience of Oneness, of shared consciousness. My understanding of liberation stems from this belief that we are One, that this interconnectivity is essential to our ~thrivation~ There’s so many levels to this as we navigate the white/Western, patriarchal, capitalist systems along with our own internal systems and rhythms. Being able to tap into something multidimensional and cosmic is so potent in healing from such harmful oppressive systems. In other words, I feel like I can get sucked into the vortex of external conditioning if I don’t tap into the wisdom of other dimensions, of the astral realms, and of my ancestors. I find that it is in sharing our experiences with the invisible magic and inexplicable tangible, where we can open up portals of shameless, imaginative, and authentic ways of Being for one another. When we are able to return to ourselves, we are able to return to one another—in this oneness. I’d love to connect with y’all in whatever capacities feel good, yummy, and safe!
